From there, you can enter different conversion factors and RVU years to determine which combination is best for your practice. The Contract Visualizer tool allows you to know if what the payer is offering is a gain or loss. The Contract Visualizer tool is a subscription-based service that helps you save time and money on a very arduous process.
Full-Service: Need to focus on other projects? Our Contract Specialist will take your CPT code utilization and contract data and will negotiate with the payer on your behalf. Given our ongoing relationship with the payers, we know when you’re being paid below market rate. Our process is very transparent. We will provide you with a spreadsheet of your top payers, their key contract terms (i.e. termination date, payment terms), and percentage of business.
