For over a decade Matthew has been leading teams in financial planning and analysis, treasury management, KPI dashboard creation, budgeting, and risk management. He is an expert in helping organizations become more efficient in all areas of finance, reducing the need for resources and increasing the bottom line. In his most recent role as Director of Finance at the largest independent pediatric group in Oregon he used his expertise to grow the practice from four to six clinics and double the gross revenue over five years. Matthew holds an MBA from Oregon State University, is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional through HFMA, and holds the Financial Management Certification through MGMA. He has spent most of his career in healthcare finance and has vast experience of finance in other industries such as manufacturing, education, R & D, and logistics.
