She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Central Washington University.
Kate has successfully led operations across a variety of healthcare specialties, providing strategic oversight in finance, human resources, facilities management, IT, marketing, revenue cycle management, and clinical quality and compliance. She has played a pivotal role in driving practice growth and transformation, spearheading initiatives such as clinic expansions, provider recruitment, partnership structuring, service line development, practice mergers, and strategies to enhance patient access.
Beyond operations, Kate is passionate about leadership coaching and professional development. She works closely with healthcare leaders, providers, and staff to cultivate strong leadership skills, enhance team dynamics, and foster a culture of continuous growth.
