Denise comes to Health e Practices with over 15 years of experience in recruitment and human resources functions, with experience in healthcare starting in 2016. Her experience working with organizations of all sizes has given her an understanding of how people affect the roles and cultures of the practices they belong to. Her focus is not only helping practice’s understand the type of person they are looking for, but how does the organization as a whole work to keep these folks engaged after they have been in their roles for a number of years.
Denise’s focus is on talent strategy, team dynamics and culture, employee engagement and retention, and strategic succession planning for non-medical roles.
Originally from Long Island, Denise has been in Portland for over 10 years with her husband and two cats. When she’s not working, she is obsessing over the latest in fashion news and trends.
