Eric has worked in healthcare since 1992. He has served as both permanent and interim CEO of large and medium-sized physician-owned medical practices across multiple specialties, including surgical and primary care. In these roles, he has been pivotal in optimizing organizational performance, financial success, and improved patient care outcomes. Eric has also served as an adjunct professor in the Division of Management at Oregon Health & Sciences University and has made significant contributions to healthcare policy development in Oregon through his work with the Hospital Association of Oregon and the Oregon Health Authority.
Eric has extensive experience in physician compensation and governance, strategic planning, and organizational development. He has a passion for developing successful teams and leaders while fostering positive culture within organizations.
