Concierge Practice Conversion
Full-concierge model:
Patients enroll and agree to pay the concierge fees, designed to cover the cost of their care. Membership fee is typically $500-$1000 per patient per month.
Hybrid model:
Patients enroll and agree to pay concierge fees which are coupled with their medical insurance coverage. Membership fee is typically $100-$200 per patient per month.
