Connie brings over 35 years of experience in healthcare management, with a career shaped by a strong focus on operations and team building. She began her journey at a nonprofit agency serving children with disabilities, where she spent a decade mastering the art of running a practice with limited resources. Connie then transitioned into executive leadership roles at two single-specialty medical facilities, gaining valuable experience in strategic planning and practice operations. For the past 26 years, she has served as Chief Executive Officer of a large outpatient neurology clinic in Springfield, Oregon, where she has been instrumental in driving
service line expansions and operational growth. Throughout her career, Connie has led many important initiatives, but what she enjoys most is improving how practices run and building strong, high-performing teams. She’s also passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare administrators and creating positive, collaborative workplace environments. In her free time, Connie enjoys spending time with her family and helping take care of their 8-acre farm. A notable honor in her life came when President George H.W. Bush recognized her volunteer work with teen parents by naming her the 202nd Daily Point of Light.
